Have you tried hunting penguins? They are suprisingly great exp, and World 60 is the "unnofficial penguin hunting world". You can trade the spotted penguins in for points at the Zoo in Ardougne, and there are even two clans who help you find them! (W60pengs, and World60pengs) <--- 1 is full usually, can't remember which.

i would also recommend doing the cold war quest if you have not already done so as u get 2 penguin pts per spotting after this quest. and if u meet the requirements for hunt for red raktober do it as u can then find the polar bear for even more pts.

There's this helpful skill called "Slayer". Gives a LOT of charm. And if you're thinking of getting extra xp this weekend, it only gives 1.1x throughout the whole time unfortunately.

1.1x beats nothing lol. And yep, slayer tasks ftw, you could also do the familiarisation minigame for 3x charm drops for about half an hour. Also peng pts are a waste on summon
